HAVEN

omg what was I saying about 3 days off a week with wayne!! although I'm off this week, I've had texts from mums and an enquiry today, she's coming over tomorrow..will mean i don't get the days off...but money in the bank...oh the joys of self employment!! I've decided though if I do take this one on I will save some of the money towards the october holiday...so Wayne benefits in the long run...plus he knows the boy and he lives close by...so he will have fun x

Haven...was good...well apart from Ron having man flu..and neckache...so didn't do swimming...

Trying to think of highlights.....

Wayne had his first photo done on his own with Rory the Tiger

Wayne swam in the big pool for the first time...still with armbands...but at least his confidence is growing....he did fab x

Wayne danced on the dancefloor...and the park ...and the bed....he usually shys away...although I said sod it this time and went off doing agadoo and the other mad dance ones...one night I had Wayne in my arms to encourage him...he's getting tooo big for that...I span him round and he loved it x He and daddy lol at me though...dancing with the kids....well I enjoyed it xx

Omg just thought of one, came out of swimming and Elvis was singing outside...he's alive...lol......no shouldn't lol....we sat and watched...and sang...and Wayne was not impressed...we found out why....he started crying saying Elvis was dead..bless x
The guy was fab though....it was really surreal....

The chalet was ok...bit musty....crap shower

The food was ok....too much bloody chicken on the menu

Our fave funstar trigger has gone....sigh...but hey we've got a replacement...Wayne...he got a funstar t shirt and kept saying we had to do what he does and get on the dancefloor...so cute...I remember sds saying he wanted to be a funstar when he was younger....funny when you get older you realise it's a bloody hard job...but good fun I bet x

Oh and last night it was 3D Aladdin...new show...we got the glasses and enjoyed the first half...did I say we...Wayne was terrified...spiders coming towards him...sigh...so had to leave....ended up doing a quiz instead...lucky we're not there for the hulk!!

Oh and in my usual way i managed to get free day tickets for this week...so thinking of going for the day later on in the week...not sure if Wayne will be confused though..not staying the night....I've got 10 tickets though so got some to share...I hadn't realised it's only £5 a person to go for the day...which although it's a bit of a drive....well worth it if we go on the right day and get 2 shows, swimming...and a fix lol....well it's cheaper than stopping there!!!

Today we stayed home all day...waiting....

Had a call from Ron early to say the electrician was coming to finish off...from ...must be 2 years ago...yeh...noo...we'll get a bill....oh no...not a problem...he never showed!!

Did playdoh, drawing, playing inside, playing outside...Shel and her 2 came over and we had a good natter...won't see her for a while now...she's away from tomorrow til a week on Monday...arghhhh...what will I do....thank god for texts lol

Tonight I put all the outdoor toys away, packed the car..and everything fits...phew...can't get the double pram in for tomorrow but 'just' fit the single one...so we'll manage jumpin jacks.....I've cleared the washing, brushed, mopped, changed the bed, shaved my legs...very important lol.....had thought of going swimming tonight, but Ron was working late....so failed...no matter...swimming saturday in the rory pool X

Now i'm going to have a bit of a play on the pc as that will be the other thing I'll miss...but hey....we'll be having fun in the tiger club this time tomoz...yehhhhh

My school pick up asked me today if I liked Rory..I said yeh annd started singing and doing the moves.....you should have seen her face..well she is 9....I forgot...the littlies just think I'm amazing lol

Talking of which (school pick up)...looks like I'm not having her in the hols...so money down....booo...but it means I should be getting my 3 days a week off with Wayne...fantastic x got lots we want to do..was looking at coach trips the other day to places, might try one, and we've found lots of fun events over the summer....one mum asked me what was going on over the summer tonight..I'm her oracle apparently...and Shel's mail....think I may type them all out and photocopy them to give to everyone...

One more sleep...if Wayne ever sleeps...talk about excited!!!!

well I forgot about the sun tokens for the next hols...only got one code, shel got me more but was one short ...so after 13 attempts..guessed the code word and we're off again end of october...will mean having to come back to work the same day...and having to cancel 2 ...but who knows by then if things will have changed!!!

Today we went to the music club end of term party..and it was crap....we had music on...that skipped...a talk about health and safety and getting non spill cups for tea!! and chocolate biscuits...wow!!!

Mindees were monkeys...well one was...his bro fell asleep and he shouted and woke him up...then I got him back to sleep in the pram and bro jumped on him when I turned my back for a mo and woke him up again!!! Then when they were both due to sleep they only did half hour and were grumpy...sigh..

We went to the bank and to asda then school and out to play.....

Tonight we have been packing...all done apart from last minute stuff...got to load the car tomorrow night...and just realised if I drop 2 off on the way will be taking two extra car seats..sigh...oh well should have the room ...although not sure as Wayne has two binbags full of haven teddies...and he wants to buy more....NOOOOOO

He made me laugh tonight...he FINALLY let me cut his hair...kept the curls at the back though...and he was in the bath and started raising his legs up and down..and said 'mummy do i look like I'm doing pilates??' lol....yeh and better than me!!! oh to be young and flexible..although...no actually..then you end up old and clicking out of place!!

Well I went with the rhyme and she loved it...sent another one too...but won't embarass myself with my crap poetry any further !!

We went to foel farm and they've got a new attraction, a giant bouncer like greenwood, about time they got something new there...and what a hit it was...we only had 2 hours, did the tractor ride and they spent the rest of the time on the jumper while shel and I sat in the slight sun....moans when I said it was time to go, they hadn't done the quad etc....but no time

Had a txt off sds, doing a course and work experience at pc world, sounds right up his street, hope it goes well, will have to invite him on one of our jaunts over the summer, if he can face it lol...

Did my usual drop offs, pick ups then home to play out in the sun....

Folks for tea and my grans eye didn't look tooo bad....

I'm really tired tonight, but looking forward to Friday..and even better now as I'm dropping mindees off at mums work so will be on the way at 3.30pm, although Ron will be out on the van and may not be back early...no matter..we will sit and wait and hijack him as soon as he gets back x I've even worked out that if we grab the keys when we get there...go straight for tea and not go to the chalet we may even make the 6pm show....ha ha we'll see x

Today we went to pili palas, baby a was a bit under the weather and slept most the day and the others were angels xx

I had my usual rush tonight to get to pilates, then my first proper gym session...owwwww....then swimming but jibbed after 6 laps and went in the jacuzzi x

And my pilates teacher was on crutches, torn something!!! lol

Rushed blog tonight as I'm making a card for shel, birthday tomorrow and trying to think of a funny happy birthday text to send her...and I need to wrap her pressie...poor girl....I didn't know what to get her...so got a thing that fizzes in the bath, a plant thing...and she will also receive one of my tomato plants..and a mug...lol

I just thought of this rhyme and Ron was rofl...I thought it was good...especially as we have an ongoing ..she's younger than me....yeh but like I said to her you're as young as you feel....46 for me then...and her...lol...she said she needed to find a younger model....lol...ha ha me too...and one that is devoted to ME!!!

5 days til the hols................

Omg, anyone got anything for bad dreams?? Wayne's having them most nights...last night daddy was covered in red spiders....it's hard when he tells me...it's one thing you can do nothing about x

Anyway Ron came home at 10am, been sailing at 6am and had to come back due to a low tide...I think!!!

So as punishment for peeing me off I took him swimming to Holyhead, shopping, then to the park...lol

I got some storage boxes today to store all the photo albums in under the bed....we've got loads and I'm on declutter mode at the mo...even attacked the airing cupboard earlier....

We came home and had tea and now while I'm blogging I'm scanning pics from parties for him!
Omg forgotten what party animals we were....I can't stay up much past midnight these days!!

I've also asked my school pick up if I can be off Friday, we're off to haven and I'll be able to finish at 4pm then...instead of 5.30pm...that bit of time will make all the difference...especially as we're going half board and tea's 5 til 7pm ...fingers crossed she can sort something out...if not, no matter, we shall get chips and watch Rory xxx I can't wait....and Wayne is soooo excited......

Today Wayne went swimming with Daddy, then to Grandmas, Ron was going to pick him up after going to see mates...but got a call to say...sorry ask! if it was ok if he went to the flat for beers.....and I even got the opportunity to pick him up when I picked up Wayne at teatime...NOOOOOOOO...you want to get drunk with your mates there's no way I'm picking you up so you can belittle me in front of your mates...result last time....so I ended up picking up Wayne and Mum made me tea x oh and I popped for a swim on the way xx

Gutted though as there had been talk of an indian with shel tonight...pah

Anyway I took the twins to the market and bank....then they slept on the way back and I went to pick up an office chair from freecycle..very comfy too x the bloke was one of a kind though lol....his message to me was ...ok it's 11.14am...pick it up NOW...then directions..so I did!! Also got harrassed by a guy on the market...WHY ME???

Well I've lost the plot now..Ron just phoned...going sailing tomorrow at 6am...still drinking...he'll be asleep all day...or throwing up...oh well...the plan tomorrow on my day off was Wayne time...swimming and whatever else he wants to do...so no change there.....

Lost interest now lol................got some intersting news though...a mate who NEVER wanted kids is pregnant..and was trying...strange old world......

Today Wayne came out of the bedroom all ready for a run...apparently...he had his new trainer socks on and tracksuit...and headband..lol

While they were playing I sorted out my mass of photos to go in the childminding album and did the wall ones.....

We left early to go shopping for the shredder after checkin them out on argos and the 2 mindees fell asleep on the way...sigh...so we sat and waited for them to wake up..I did manage the bank as I could park right outside and see them in the queue though

Oh as we were leaving home little o fell on the step and got a corker of a bump on his head!!

Got the shredder...and a clock...and a new swimming costume...and a tiger bin....and a sportacus dress up suit...sigh...so much for not spending, the dress up was reduced to £7 though...couldn't resist, especially as Wayne is being sporty at the moment!

Went for lunch in tesco and then to jumpin jacks...lots of play and little o was like a stuntman...climbing, falling...didn't get hurt again...but he has no fear and I'm like a wreck, trying to let him do things but at the same time trying to stop him getting hurt!!

Home and when they'd gone Wayne and I got the shredder out and shredded a bin bag of paper...then we got the encaustic art out, not done it for ages...great fun x

Wayne said today....'mummy I've got the biggest mouth in the whole world' ...yes dear I know...lol...he's also the cutiest little rugrat xx

aching, breaking, hurting x

Today I woke up with an aching leg, got cramp last night...not had cramp for years....it still hurts now!! Must be all this bloody exercise..lol

Had a quiet morning of play then 2 arrived for lunch and I set off with 4 to Llangefni to have a mooch round the market and get ink from Asda...I'd been updating my pics of the kids on the wall...not done for ages and the ink ran out!!

Had a pleasant time and bought some bath sheets as ours are threadbare, a dot to dot book for Wayne (which he's already completed)and socks and undies..and they had ice cream in a cafe. They were all good and the only downside was one wanted a wee....4 times!!! we were only there 2 hours...and toilets are scarce...hence the cafe....kids!! Couldn't be helped though x

We've been looking at pics as Rons mate wants some for a thing he's doing of the botswana parties...don't ask..lol....it's been going for years started on llandonna beach, but I think it got stopped...I stopped going when I had Wayne..Ron still goes every year!!

Anyway we came across pics of Wayne in alder hey when he was 2 and one in particular showed his bandages...he had to have his willy reconstructed...eeekkk...Wayne piped up 'I remember that Mummy, it really hurt when they chopped my willy off' I was ...literally... rofl...bless him...he didn't even recognise himself at first...then there were loads of questions...what's a catheter? why am in a wheelchair? Funny really he's forgotten, but it brought it all back to me....I was on the hypospadias website last week seeing if I could help anyone, tend to check in now and again as I made friends on there with people in the same position, or who had been there and it really helped me x

Anyway Ron was working late tonight so Wayne and I inspected the drains as there's a funny smell..and found nowt, printed and cut out loads of pics...but no patience to put them in the album and on the wall...and Wayne had a whale of a time shredding...until he got paper stuck...I tried to pull it out with him peering over...and yes...I smacked him in the face...he was howling...then 5 minutes later he went off with a bag of shredded paper pretending to be santa with his sack and fell flat on his face....oh and we broke the shredder and weren't even half way through...mission for tomorrow...not that I want to spend at the mo as my money's down this month but I can't bare to look at the bag of paper for the foreseeable....

Had a quiet morning and one slept...then we went for petrol so another could and met shel in the playhouse for lunch and lots of play....they had a fab time and we had a good natter...inbetween playing on the slides and crawling round after the kids.
It's a bit of an extravagance going there...must have spent £20...but we all had a fab time x

Home to make tea for folks...no school pick up..so got my paperwork done and only mum and dad came...Gran feeling worse the wear from yesterday and not wanting Wayne to see her like that..although she made it shopping with shades me thinks x and bro was tired. Had a nice evening and me and Dad downloaded a new spam thing as I'd reached over and beyond my limit of spam!! So we'll see how it works....

Wayne went to bed late and said 'I don't like it when grandma and grandad come late' he...like most kids... isn't good with change of routine...it was wrong day...no time to play before bed and he's still clingy after the weekend bless x
Told him we'll go swimming on 'our lazy day' he's been asking all week...and he's just realised we're going to see Rory soon...so that'll really help lol!!

Can't wait though....got 6 days off in a row....wowwwwww.....just doin a fri to mon at haven...but got half board again...so a few days of no cooking...yeh...then hoping to go to the home ed camp and try out the new tent...but if the wethers like this!!!! It's like winter here tonight...rain...wind...cold....not happy camping weather...there's time though x

I'm here again...just been rofl telling Ron....we were in the car today and Wayne had a grumpy face on..so I opened the window, grabbed the grumpy face and threw it out and shut the window quick and told Wayne it had flown away...he was giggling...and we were both lol...then further along Wayne opened the window and grabbed out and put his grumpy face back on...clever little rugrat..this continued on my run...then it went to...what are the lines for on the road mummy...so as I was driving I explained about double white etc and why we couldn't overtake the damn slow tractor...at one point I could have but decided to stick to the rules so as not to confuse Wayne lol...need to get the highway code though as had no idea about some markings and just blagged it.....

Rons just told me too that Wayne got the paintbrushes (in water) in the garage and flicked them everywhere..and on my pram!!! then attacked the washing line with a stick and mashed my pegs!! Wayne did say early he was mischievious like horrid henry...little bugger......think I'll have to stop him watching that..although just said to Ron, Wayne didn't watch tv at all tonight...I could live without tv but Ron and Wayne are addicted....mind you...look at me on the pc again....supposewe all have our things................

Today we were one short again and had a quiet morning playing out, then the drop offs and pick ups and went to see Shel...yeh adult conversation...omg between O and his 'Debbie look' and constant repeating and Wayne and his jibberish it was great to have some adult jibberish..lol

There to school then bravely took 4 to asda...they were great, all helped and we had 3 in the trolley and S pushed...god I've got them well trained! Mind you we came out with raspberry ripple ice cream, a pineapple and choc crispies which weren't on the list!!
A man stopped me and said 'I was just thinking you were young to have all those kids so close together' ...'then I read your back'...wearing my pritchards playtime jacket...bless him....moi young....we had lots of ooing and ahhing though at them xx

Home to play out then all home and Ron and Wayne cut the hedges while I was supposed to be doing my end of month...but not in the mood so did quizzes on facebook and replied to emails....great though as Wayne continued his chattering with Daddy...but Daddy couldn't hear!! Wayne kept popping in with updates of what they were doing...I don't care.....leave me alone!!

Wayne tried the pineapple tonight and loved it and the plan is to make smoothies with it...if I remember to get the liquidiser out later!

My gran went for a biopsy today on her eye and neck, 5 stitches in her eye and one in her neck....eek...waiting for results now...told Wayne so I could warn him that when they come for tea tomoz she may look a bit bruised and he said 'Don't worry mummy I'll hide and not look at her' er no wrong answer son lol kids xxxxx

I've found my inner???????

Today went well with the new starter, only tears when she woke up, probably wondering where she was...and who I was!!

We went to pili palas and it was stange just me Wayne and A, not the usual crew of us chatting....I was lonely...boo hoo...so was Wayne...no one to play with...although that didn't stop him having fun x not even shel to text as shes feeding 24/7..like u do and had a few problems..so don't want to hassle her x

School run and home to play in the garden, then rush off to pilates...and the gym personal trainer! Omg...the pilates went well, I actually felt my inner...something!! not sure what...still can't breathe right though, although my trainer Nick explained it in a different way after and it made more sense...we'll see.....

I had to stop one of the exercises as I was in agony...my bloody rib went last night...worse time yet...I was crying with the pain...and I have a high pain threshold...when I had Wayne the nurses were insistent I needed pain relief but I just did my breathing...not pilates breathing though luckily!!

The classes finish in a few weeks for the summer so I am going to carry on the gym...if it doesn't kill me lol...and try and find a class thats at a better time...6pm is tooo much of a rush...I get a butty for tea and have to run out the door as soon as the last kid leaves...not ideal!

Anyway Nick is going to print out my plan...I forget it all..we just went through it all tonight and he showed me exercises on a ball!! with weights!!, which equipment to use... and next week we're going to do it for real!!! arghh...he may not see me for dust!! Good though to have someone to explain it all...and freeeee...he took my blood pressure and said if I go when he's on I can borrow his heart monitor...in case I have a heart attack?? lol...no apparently I have to ...oh I don't know...sure it will all become clear....

Then I went for a swim and had a soak in the jacuzzi........and tonight I must get an early night...I'm shattered x

ooh and Ron just popped in to say do I want a ham baguette...yeh I'm bloody starving!

weekend................

Yesterday we had a lie in..ish...fry up then took Wayne to mums while we went to the hall....Ron loved it....eat your words mate...after all the slagging I've had..lol..at first he was like...it's ok...but later admitted the gym was fab ..and the rest...he can see now why I joined..and actually said I deserve it!! Not only did we enjoy the spa but I'd booked a special offer, facial with a free tranquility massage...Ron pulled a face at the facial..but again...loved it...see I'm not mad lol

We went from there for a meal and made it for the two for a tenner...tight as ever lol and it was lovely....but then.....he saw his mates...knew we shouldn't have gone there!! we just nipped to see them on the way out and I went and sat outside having a quiet huff!! 'can I have another pint Debs?' Yes....NOOOOOOOOOOOO...we're having time together..he did deck it quick as I didn't go back in....not sure if it's me being daft...but I'd arranged all that nice stuff for him and didn't need to hear him lol with them about 'did you get extras' blah ...I might have found it funny the day after...but well it just spolit the day for me...and I bloody told him too...and he was sorry...like they are...bloody men....

Picked up wayne and took him to nains....he'd had a great time with Grandma and missed me...which unfortunately results in him being clingy the next day and playing up...he wouldn't eat his tea tonight...and we had loads of tears today for silly things...I had a talk with him and said about how he's lucky as most children don't spend as much time as he does with their mummies...like all the kids we have...and how he has a great time with grandma..and all that...he seems better tonight...

I think he's feeling the effect of me having me time....but I've done 5 years of Wayne time....and with home educating him it means I'm with him 24/7 and I need a break.....no wonder people take the easy option and pack them off as soon as they can lol but thats not me.....and to be fair although I'm with him all the time he does really well as he shares me most the time...he keeps saying mummy when we get a day off and daddy's not here can you take me swimming...and he wants to go to holyhead..not llangefni like he does with daddy...so me thinks I should do it soon....

Anyway today we had the twins and wayne didn't want to go swimming.... as he'd miss me...so we all went and I took the twins on a tour of the centre and we sat and watched Wayne and Ron swim...lunch in the cafe....bloody awful!!! then home to play

I've got my 6 month old new starter tomorrow and the other one has got chicken pox, so hope it all goes well x Waynes really excited...he loves babies as they don't play with his toys....he sings nursery rhymes to them and dances and entertains them....funny how he does just what I do....it's soo cute

Mission accomplished...well sort of...got the compost...nearly killed me putting it in the car..trying to fit round the pram and kids...then we went strawberry picking...oh oh...compost on top of pram!! I had Wayne and a 2 year old and 8 month old so had to get the pram out!!

Anyway they had a great time and we got two punnets..and a few raspberries mixed in!

Went to the cafe for a drink and snack...and sit in the sun!

They slept on the way to Holyhead and then it was jumpin jacks...quiet but good...went to the cafe for chips...very healthy lol...and a lady I know came in ..she was looking for me.....wanted childcare for September...oh no I'm full...so gave her shels number and cis and she was happy x

School then home to make dens in the garden....S was asking if she was born before Wayne...I said 'yes...you were 4 when Wayne was born'.....'how do you know that????' she said...ha ha...sweet...Wayne said...'my mummy knows everything' oh you cutie pie...I know nothing my love xxxx

Tonight I did paperwork for new starter...loads of photocopying....then did Augusts invoices...as suddenly thought...the ones that don't come in the summer but pay a retainer...need their invoices before the holidays start...

the reasons I love kids and my job...long again

Today the plan was strawberry picking...but due to this erratic weather!! decided against it..and headed for Asda and the market to get compost for the tomatoes and veg from the market....stopping to hunt at mona for a lost shoe on the way...chatting at mona, saw K and J at asda...chatting...(she had me teary telling me what a wonderful friend I was and how nice I am to everyone xx)...anyway got in the car to go to the market and s piped up...I need a wee...back into asda and time just went and we had to get back...no compost...no veg...sigh....

Other 2 arrived and we had lunch and played out then after school we re-potted the tomatoes...s's dad and bro turned up early and joined in and then they all had ice cream...even dad...lol....nice that people feel welcome here....then 5 went home with their tomato plants..we're left with 3 and the rest have been attacked with a fork by o when I wasn't looking...so I've put them back on the windowsill to see what they do!!

Was going to re pot the peas but ran out of compost so mission for tomorrow...don't know why I'm bothering..they'll all die...but hey the efforts there

Tonight I decluttered the kitchen ...there was paper everywhere after yesterday...I need to sort out all my booklets and educational leaflets...not sure how!! or when???

and now for the reasons I love kids and my job

Wayne and S had a great time in the garden making petrol for the tractor out of flowers and leaves and sand!! and then they were making a den...I love just sitting and listening to them.....tea in hand lol

One of the mindees lost his first tooth last night...had his sis today and was told about the tooth fairy...but then she said ' I don't think it was a fairy'...'who do you think it was then?' I asked....'A person' was the reply...so we got the tooth fairy book out and convinced her lol..

I was listening to them playing this morning...drinking tea again...and they had a doll and Wayne said...'that's Jesus'...S replied ' but where does he live?' and Wayne said...Jesus lives in a dvd'...I was rofl...well quietly round the corner...nearly choked on my tea x

We were having lunch today and O is ...well...snotty...Wayne pipes up....
'O is still beautiful Mummy, even though he's got a really snotty nose!'

Despite his snottiness after his amazing walking with a car last friday today he was standing alone...only for a few seconds ..but did it loads...due to lots of cheers and encouragement from the rest of us...his face is a picture...well like they are when they acheive...big smiles...gorgeous x

And I've found a new way to use pilates in my daily life...I was pushing O in the pram today to get him to sleep (never thought I'd do that but having 4 here no choice!!) and I was doing the usual pushing back and forward turned to the side..bad posture...and thought about body alignment and stood pushing with my body totally aligned and feeling my inner core...lol...not really but...oh god I don't know what I'm on about ...just demonstrated to Ron and he lol....I think I really must be having a mid life crisis....or perhaps it's the lack of adult company...come back Shel ...I need you x

Had a great morning at Gwyl Plant in Mona...kiddies festival...arrived to very tall people on stilts...balloon modelling, circus skills, band, loads of crafts, stalls...came home with loads of educational stuff, water bottles, posters, t shirts...it goes on....one of the mindees got piccie taken by local paper in the sand pit...hoping he'll be in the paper next week...bizzarre really as me and Wayne were in the paper 2 years ago...same photographer...and in the sand!

Went from there to llangefni for lunch ...then mindees slept and it was time for school.

Asked Wayne what the best bit was and he said...'the ballooons and seeing S'(the school pick up)...bless

Did some of the fire service booklets and it was time for everyone to go...

I have spent hours on sorting out 0spam...sent by Dad...and at last sorted it...was a bit worried as gone from 30 + emails a day to none!!...found out I had to add the ok ones..sigh...and lots of complications inbetween!! as per! but worth it

Also been on facebook...had a few more friend things...mad...mostly cousins that I never see...what a great way to keep in touch...I seem to lose touch with people working long hours...blah...mind you spent an hour on the phone to shel tonight...not seen her this week and she's blowing me out again x I remember it well....new baby...no life lol....never again!!..ha ha...G told her off we'd been on the phone an hour and 2 mins and she had to put the phone down and ring me back...not even worth a few pence...lol....

nice morning

Today we were one short in the morning..we were going to little fishes...but i needed to go to the bank so decided to go to Penrhos and feed the ducks as it was a nice day...

On the way to get bread Wayne said lets go on the bridge they thought it was a great adventure...and ran all the way over to the railway and ferry...with me in hot pursuit....just what I needed after last night lol

We went for a walk round Penrhos and fed the ducks..and there were loads of little ducklings...ahhhh we went in the cafe for a drink...then on the beach to skim stones..or try!! and they had a great time. We collected pebbles and brought them home then spent an hour painting them...and m painted her feet...arms..then they started painting each other!! end of activity!

Then off to get 2 more and they all slept for an hour while I sat in the car trying to do my breathing!!..They all woke up at the same time and within minutes of getting them all in the house...one had pushed the other over and baby hit his head on the shelves...and bro pushed him...sigh...he had a hell of a mark on the back of his head...bad side of the job...you just feel sooo awful....but it got worse...the 'pusher' was playing in the garden and managed to hit his face and his mouth was bleeding...it soon stopped but his lip swelled...sigh sigh sigh...2 accident forms for one family...how awful can you feel!!

They all left at 5 and folks for tea...I've just done my paperwork and am doing no more...I'm tired and I still ache...this exercise is no good for you lol

Had a call from my old mindees mum...the one when I did lots of toing and froing and evening work...she's applied for a job doing evenings...oh noooo....luckily with my new found ...well ....ME.....I have been cagey....she's not sure what the hours are so don't want to say a big NO...but there's no way I'm giving up my Mondays..and if I get going with this gym lark...listen to me lol...the last thing I want to be doing is working evenings...I did it before as I had less in the daytime.....and HOPEFULLY if all stays the same in September I only have one space on a Monday...still doing 6 days a week...so don't think I need anymore.....who knows though...I've told her that even if i can't do it i'll help her sort something out...she's a good gal and determined...bit like me really lol

Just got back from an hour of pilates, an hour gym induction and half hour swimming followed by a collapse in the jacuzzi!!

Anyway today it was pili palas, met H and did paperwork as A is starting next Monday. It was sunny so we did the nature trail...well ran after the kids...not much nature involved!

The kids had a fab time.

I got me some new trainers for tonight...Ron came home and lol at me and said I looked like Jane Fonda...isn't she old lol!!

I made a dash for my evening of relaxation and pain.....pilates was good and I did excellent apparently!! she thought I'd been practicing..didn't tell her I'd been watching a dvd while under the influence...lol but hey it must have done something..although I fell over at one point...

The gym was 'interesting' had a medical then had a go on a rowing machine, running, cycling, leg weights, chest weights, steps, some other machine..forget what it was but involved me using my arms and legs at the same time and I nearly fell getting off it lol.....he said to go in and have a go and see what I like doing then come to him for a personal training plan...but on the way out decided to book the personal training for next week.....will try and go a few times before then but think if I have a plan I'm more likely to go in and do it...it's like the pilates...the classes are good but when I did yoga I had a set routine that I followed and I did it like clockwork...I just like being organised I suppose....or was it because the trainer was a dish...lol

Got back and Wayne wasn't asleep...tut tut...but he had done me some drawings...sweet and he said he wants to make santa a present at christmas as he doesn't get any!!!

Was listening to them after school today and the conversation was santa....

Had a lie in after a night of too much ale!! Stepson nearly gave us a heart attack with a text about girlfriend being preggers...NOT...well we think not...!!??!! lol

Ron was also rofl at me....he was watching glastonbury and I'd got my pilates dvd...he came through and there was a red leotarded lady on the telly with strange music....and in answer to his question...NO CHANCE...my figure would have to change dramatically to wear a leotard lol...omg...imagine....anyway the dvd was good and I just need to find time to watch it in peace and practice....I just watched it last night....had tooo much ale to be trying to do 'controlled movements' think I may get a lock on the door too...imagine trying to relax and breathe from your ...whatever it is... and my 2 come in...and laugh... oh well the cd with the relaxing music is good...think I may put that in the car and hope not to fall asleep....

Today we had a fry up and went to a mindees party in the leisure centre...bouncy castle, grub, Wayne had a fab time, Ron went for a swim and I chatted played with the kids and felt very strange as I was only responsible for one very independant boy!!

Went from there to the Peru thing, Ron was bemused...lol...the alpacas were sooo cute ...and make a cutie pie noise..Wayne was rofl..we didn't try the grub...me with my allergies and Ron just didn't fancy it...Wayne was fascinated by the spinning but didn't like the music...put his hands on his ears!! and wouldn't have his face painted...ended up buying him finger puppets and left as we were hungry...Went to Hootons..the place where we were 'supposed' to be strawberry picking but ended up in the 'pricey' cafe for grub and bought strawberries...Ron thought it was too muddy and didn't want to push it....Wayne had strawberries in the cafe...came in a glass..about 4 chopped up...£1.50!!!! won't be going there again!!

Anyway after that we went to Bryn Celli Ddu much to the distress of Wayne..and Ron....hmm did I say I was driving...lol however they really enjoyed it...the walk there has changed but it is amazing when you get there...well I think so...Wayne had a great time running up and down it..and in it...I read the story to him and I'm glad we went....cor done history, geography, p.e, maths, english, welsh, science today and Wayne just thought it was fun lol

Came home and the jaunt was tooo much..Ron fell asleep...blamed it on the swimming!! and Wayne went to bed early...and I hoovered, mopped, did 2 loads of washing, emptied the rubbish, next months invoices and weekly attendance sheets...well it's all very well going out and having fun but the jobs are still here!! and tomorrow night I'll be out...got my pilates and gym induction...god help me!!!

Oh and back to my allergies...had a lovely ham butty tonight with ham from netto...and now I look at least 6 months pregnant...checked the ingredients and nothing untoward...won't be having anymore though....I hate it...be so nice to just eat what you want....had friends in llanfairfechan who went through the menu at the chinese...I could never do that....mind you going to attempt to go through the menu at the Hall...avoiding just the chocolate one....I mean the treatment menu...not the food one lol

weird day

Today was another weird one....got up at 7...working at 8....noooo nearly 10 by the time they came...I could have stayed in bed!!then pick up was at 4 instead of 6.30....nice...but well strange!

We went to a summer fair this morning which was good, kids enjoyed, saw 3 mindees...one who kept scowling at me...think it was a case of me being in the wrong place...the other two were happy to see me....at one point I had them all sat at a table doing craft!!

This afternoon Ron took Wayne swimmming and I played with the twins.....

Due to the early finish we went to Netto to get brekkie supplies...then for a chinese...that couple of hours made such a difference...my Saturdays from now on are going to be much better...when I'm not coughing and spluttering I'm sure I'll be heading for the Hall...lol

Had a text from my stepson ...well a few...great to hear from him...not sure why me and not Dad but no matter always nice to hear from him...the last one he sent had me rofl

Day off tomoz....yeh...although mindee party..so busmans holiday...then we're off to the peru thing...and strawberry picking...weather permitting...Ron doesn't fancy strawberry picking if its still muddy...but I'm driving and it's my car...so he will have no choice...lol...does he ever...well if he will come on my jaunts!!!!

Well I said I wasn't coming back until I was happy...and today has been stressful...in parts...and I woke up with no voice...oh joy for all around me lol...soon got it back with lots of tea!!

BUT today something amazing happened to put life back into perspective....I've been moaning and groaning and will continue!! but today my mindee O who is 8 months stood up and held on to a car and walked across the leisure centre hall...with me whooping and cheering....and then did it again for me to video on my phone....it was such a moment...and one I'd normally not share with a parent....you don't want them feeling that you've shared a milestone...however being on video I had to show her and send it.... bless him....his little face was a picture....mind you I failed to get that on the vid!!!....it's one of the best bits of being a childminder...seeing the children developing and achieving things x

Anyway after all the excitement the rest of the day has been me sneezing and coughing!! I've been doing a statement for ...oh I can't blog...but it's stressful....and I've nearly finished my quality first 'expansion' just got the discrimination bit to do...which i'm finding hard...although I spoke to my mentor this morning who helped a lot....just need to get my head round what they're asking.......sigh...........

I have checked the oil too many times today...think I may have a problem lol.....just paranoia....put petrol in the car...yikes....when will it stop going up??? and gave it a jet wash....just a jet wash...too mean to do a proper wash....and planning on more strawberry picking sunday if the weathers good but that's where the car got sooo muddy...so no real point in going to town!!#

What a bloody miserable day...torrential rain all day...which got worse at school time and I had to get 4 kids in the car....soaked to the skin!!! and Wayne left my door open so I got a wet bum!!

Shel came over this morning and we had a natter.....and the kids played...this afternoon stayed in and played some more, did child safety stuff and a fire drill but no one would go out as it was raining...sure they would if there was a real fire!! They thought the smoke alarms were frightening...then funny...I didn't the batteries gone in one and it kept bleeping!!!

Been attacking my quality first and fed up now of 'expanding' my answers...oh and one bit..'Deborah you haven't filled in your local support'...very tempted to put 'no cos they've all buggered off....we have none!!!!' lol

God I'm not having a good week...to top it all tonight I went to put water in my car washers and Ron suggersted I check the oil...not done it for a bit...but it's always ok....it was bone dry!!!eeekkk....I've put some in but panicking now incase it's already done damage!! Not sure if I've got a leak...the cars not that old...in fact it's the newest car I've ever had and I never used to check anything often in my old bangers....and the warranty ran out today...not sure I'd be covered for being a 'woman' though!!

Started with my results for my quality first portfolio...have to expand on a FEW areas...sigh...I've done levels 1 2 and 3...and didn't even get level 1 and all because I missed clicking the mouse to change england to wales and ofsted to csiw...and they've got that wrong it's cssiw now....oh well.....I have spent tonight doing the bits I could without using my brain and printing out the others to look at in peace...as I get none here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mindees were better today but still coughing...snotting...and tears....

We went to music club this morning and there was only 3 of us..due to the pox....they closed music club when Wayne had it!! We did games and Wayne enjoyed dominos..and A had brought a cake as it was her last language and play session...

This afternoon we had a quiet hour watching tv, then I had to go to the bank and we had a wander round Llangefni. Phoned K (as J has got the pox) to see if she needed anything..and she was delighted by my email about taking her to the Hall with one of my freebie tickets...with her dh paying for her desired hot stonemassage..she said she nearly cried...bless....

Home to play out and then after tea I tried to do some work....then gave up as Wayne was moidering...and the tv was too loud...I need an office!!! Took myself off in a huff for a bath telling them I was going and if they needed the bathroom to go NOW!! I wanted some peace.....I was just disappearing under the water and heard Ron say...go away Wayne I'm watching this...oh noooo...next thing Wayne was in the bathroom...naked....can I have a bath mummy....NOOOOOOOO.....but being mummy I came out and he went in...sigh....is it too much to ask for half an hour without being disturbed...and they wonder why I'm so keen to go to the Hall!!!!

Anyway once I'd read stories got my work done and now I'm....well blogging obviously....think I may disappear tomorrow night!!!

snot, sick, shit, tears and tantrums

What a day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Started this morning quite cute with 2 little ones playing hairdressers... (Wayne didn't know what a hairdresser was lol!!) Must put that on my to do list...I do Wayne and Rons hair and never cut mine!!
Anyway they disappeared to the toliet and I checked as i do....flush toilet...wash hands....one came out with a wet patch on the back of her head....then I spotted the handwash in the playroom and mindee rubbing the back of her head...I asked her what she was doing and she turned round and her hair was full of froth...lol.....she was washing her hair with handwash of course...and put it on other mindee....sigh you have to laugh.....

Took one to nursery and picked up other two and they were coughing...and snotting...urghh....they didn't sleep long due to coughing and all woke each other up...so lots of grumps....then one kept having tantrums...throwing himself on the floor for no apparent reason...the other threw up on me twice...and in the mean time I was wiping snotty noses..and changing yukky nappies..and no clean clothes so baby ended up in Waynes jumper!!...Ron phoned me and I just had no chance of answering and sent him a text saying I could not answer the phone right now as I was having a nervous breakdown!!...his workmate was worried I really was lol...so was I at one point.....it was horrendous.......and on a day when I'm over my numbers...the other 3 just had to entertain themselves...mind you they were entertained by all the yukkiness going on...strange how kids want to see all the poo and sick...but stand there saying...urghh it smells...it's yuk....WELL DON'T STAND THERE THEN!!!! oh and the tears....my tears lol

Phew that's better...I think they may be in for the pox....we'll see if they come tomorrow....god help me...poor little things though x

Folks for tea...but it was a blur....and I've just found a pack about child safety week...it's only this week!!!So been downloading stuff for them to do and emailed the fire service to see if we can do a visit....and now I'm off to print some Sam Tan stuff for them to colour in............

Today was sunny...yehhh....and we went to pili palas again, but, were able to enjoy the outdoor stuff. Met two ex mindees and one future...so the kids had a whale of a time. I took policies for new one...to mums delight...lol..

I phoned to cancel my pc appointment this morning as the day was too nice to spend ages in pc world...and the bloody appointment wasn't booked....idiots!! Do you want to reschedule madam?....NO....

Tonight my pilates was cancelled sigh...but no matter as I nipped to asda and went for a swim anyway....and they've booked me for a 'Gym Induction' next week...rofl...apparently it takes an hour with a fitness instructor...sigh...hope he's dishy...not sure I'll last otherwise...lol....joking aside you never know I may become a fitness addict.....ha ha...as if.....but hey if you don't try you never know....also had my pack today...got a free half hour treatment...3 guest passes..and a bulletin...so if I fancy an overpriced bbq, a day a chester races or a ball.....!!??!!!

Had an email back from the peruvian place about a funday next weekend....not sure if we'll go, Waynes got a party at 12...sounds like my sort of thing though...strange...lol...infact will see if I can blog the poster...going to print it out and put it in the local shop...well the guy does treat me well when I go x

strawberries and bananas!!!!!!!!!!!

Today had one of the twins due to the other one having chicken pox....was going to stay in but we had tears at wake up time and it must have been weird being just one...if you know what I mean!

So took off to Pili Palas as it was really windy and couldn't think of anywhere else....had a good time playing, bouncing and looking at the animals...but there were loads of bigger kids and it was busy and in the end it did my head in so we headed off....

I'd noticed in the paper they were doing pyo strawberries at hootons so decided to try that as it is quite sheltered there. The kids had a great time and we came back with a load of strawberries which I gave half of to mindee to take home for mum and ill one....had a bit of a strange one today...not blogable...confidentiality and all that...but hoping all works out as I seem to be a bit of a piggie in the middle....

Tonight I have been tearing my hair out.....need to get paperwork for new starter and being as I only have the hard copy of the handbook decided to reel off a few....did I say reel...the bloody printer went bananas...my hands are covered in ink...I've got the book out and cleaned the heads...and it has worked in fits and starts.....between which I have been cursing as bad as Ron....lol....sooo frustrating...especially as I wanted 3 copies of each policy and when it went bananas I only got 1 or 2...so have had to trawl through and sort out what I had....arghhhhhh....anyway all done now....roll on pilates tomorrow ...lol

Last night I ordered a dvd and some music.....just to do my familys head in lol

Ron had a day at home reading his book and finished it............and put Wayne to bed for me...I must have been stressed....and even after I warned him I will be back after bedtime tomorrow....well pilates is 6-7 and if I go for a swim and take my book I can have a quiet hour or so after....wonder if all this relaxation is the reason I'm getting so stressed....perhaps I was better being on the go 24-7!!!!

Just had a call from Mum who was oblivious to the fact I'd upgraded them last night..

No one at the hotel had told them what I'd done, Mum and Dad just thought they were lucky getting a fancy room...and left before breakfast as they didn't know it had been paid for!!

The hotels just had an email from me....honestly.......

Oh well apparently my Mums always wanted to sleep in a four poster.....

Today Wayne graced us with a late start....yehhh....he woke me up at 10.30 to say he'd had breakfast...oh no!! Went in the kitchen and he'd had Weetos (crap I know but bought as a reward for being good at eating his tea)I was expecting a big mess....but no....he'd had some, put the bowl in the sink, milk back in the fridge and put the weetos in the cereal tub and back in the cupboard....my little cherub x

We had a fry up and due to torrential rain the sailing was off so Ron took Wayne swimming...outside lol!! They had a fab time and bumped into mindees, so Wayne enjoyed it all the more.....

I stayed home and cleaned....NOOOO don't be silly this is the new me....I sloped off to the Hall....spent 2 hours relaxing, did lots of swimming and took my pilates book to read in peace...trouble was when it got to the exercises I could hardly do them there!! Might freak everyone out!! Did try the breathing though and think I cracked it at one point...I went all dizzy...lol...not sure if that's supposed to happen!

I came out and popped to asda, I was thinking of chinese tonight but after all that exercise felt like something healthy so got ham and salad and came home and baked some baquettes (out of a packet lol) and did chips with them!! there goes the healthy bit...they were scrummy though.

Then I mopped the kitchen and I've put some washing on, as looks like I'm working tomorrow so though I'd better make an effort! I did think about hoovering but that's as far as I got.....

This morning was quiet, one slept and the other helped me with jobs and played.

I rang the tax credits as I've filled in the forms...and now had more!! All sorted now. I also phoned the NCMA as I realised my Quality First Portfolio had been sent 22 weeks ago...and it's supposed to take 12 weeks to be assessed!! And lastly I phoned the hotel Mum and Dad are stopping at tonight, hoping to pay for it, but Dad had already paid!! So I upgraded them to a four poster suite and breakfast....hope they don't mind! They never go to a hotel but they've gone for a cousins ruby wedding (I think)and as dad wouldn't let me pay for the meal the other night thought it would be a nice way to treat them......hope they think so too x

Went to nettos to get a new car seat for Wayne, he's a bit big for his other one now...then onto Jumpin Jacks with the intention of having lunch...which we did....but it took so long we missed half of Jumpin Jacks!!! Shel was texting me to see where we were.....then gave me loads of stick about my pilates and new membership...lol...bet she'll come along at some point...no good while she's feeding though!..then she said a while back she'd bought a pilates video and a ball, then sat and watched it eating cake...and never bothered again...rofl...so she's obviously a secret saddo like me.....I'm just brazen about it lol

School then home for play then tea, then I sneaked off for a swim while Ron fiddled with Waynes new bike which I'd put together last night and then helped Wayne round the house on it....it's his first without stabilizers....although there should have been some, so just emailed to complain!! but really it would be good to get him riding it as it is....

I had a lovely hour swimming and steaming and bubbling.........I wanted to go tonight as Ron may be going sailing tomorrow and I'm working Sunday...chicken pox permitting!! so may be my only chance this weekend....but if the sailing fails I'll be sloping off tomorrow....lol

Today I had an unexpected morning off as S had sports day, so I had a lovely soak in the bath...and then cleaned the bathroom, the fridge, did 2 loads of washing...did the tesco credit card, sorted some papers to shred, paid my car insurance...with great pain...lol..and booked the pc for a healthcheck (free)...trouble is what will I do without it??????????

Wayne had a bad night last night and I went in with him, he only woke a few times but he was coughing bad, I was worried, but he's been ok today, still coughing but ok....they're always worse at night x

12 o'clock and 3 turned up at once so made lunch and then we went to the library, part of childminding week, it's all literacy this year. We played with the train set...although the trains were missing. Luckily...or maybe not...one of the mindees had brought 2 cars so they played with them.....later I threw them in my bag and heard a crunch....only gone and cracked my phone!!!!

We read some books and made lots of noise!!!! well you can't quieten an 8 month old!!
Came out with lots of books and I got a pilates one...see if it tells me how to breathe from my inner core...lol.....I HAVE been practicing but it's not working I still use my chest......

School then home to play, tea and now waiting for tescos......

Waynes been really good with eating the last few days and I was giving him lots of praise tonight and I said he was my good boy....he said
'I'm your not well good boy mummy' cute x

Ha ha and now he's being even cuter.....sat on the loo and singing ...usual poo routine lol...he's singing....Heads, sausage knees and toes.....oh and now 'mummy I've finished'...gotta go x

Today we went to music club and iced biscuits...nice messy fun.....Wayne made one for everyone tonight as its Grandads birthday.....

Home to have lunch then due to horrible wind and rain spent the afternoon just playing, singing nursery rhymes and dancing...well I was ...the kids were just amused lol

School then back to play again...

Wayne's sniffing has turned to bad coughing and he was dreadful by tonight....plus he woke up at 7am.....I didn't want him to go for a meal tonight, even though it's Grandads birthday, but he wanted to.....we had a lovely meal and Wayne was ok, but it started badly with Great Grandma cornering him and hounding him....omg I know she won't change at 92 but just once it would be nice if she could not criticise!! What did she say to him??

didn't hear a school one tonight.....but she's going to find out soon, and her niece from Americas here in September...so even worse......

Wayne ended nearly in tears and we got him relocated to a safer seat .....it's horrible really as it brings back everything she used to say to me...constant criticism...never happy with anything...and worse now as she's older and she wonders why I don't go there regular, I'm not putting Wayne through what I put up with, she comes here once a week and I have tears after and have to reassure Wayne as it is..........awful thing to say but true...

Anyway he fell asleep on the way back and he's now in bed, he woke up when we got back and went to sleep asking me why Great Grandma was nasty to him.....I just explained that she's old and doesn't think or mean it....bless him x and he said 'but she does bring me my favourite food, chocolate'....sigh.......

I took a cake for Dad...you know...being 65 he really wanted to blow out candles...lol....no for Waynes benefit....even that was disaterous....Great Gran was mumbling about having a cake at home we could nip back for.....yeh with Wayne ill an extra half hour there....and more travelling would be great...it was 8ish by the time we got in as it was.....the idea of meeting central was so we wouldn't be back too late and to save Dad some travelling

Anyway I think Dad liked his present, got him slippers from Wayne....as requested...boring...lol.....and a framed personalised newspaper headline with best Dad of the year 2008, his pic and a write up about how he is the best dad....from this website haven't told Shel yet, she'll be rofl...she thought the Alpaca bear was mad!!

Talking of Shel, sent her a text last night after receiving one from her in reference to the pilates saying I was turning into a hippy veggie (what's wrong with that??) so sent one back saying they wouldn't let hippies become members of tre ysgawen hall....she never got the message!!!! but I read it out to Ron last night and he nearly fell over...lol....seems to like the idea of the free pass though...lol....just finding the time to go.....but I shall be going soon....I feel so stressed tonight!!!

fun day and spoilt surprises.....oh .....oh.....

Today we went to Beaumaris to a Fun Day for Childminding week, the kids loved it and me...bit of adult conversation, the usual bods there and I found out that our new development worker on Anglesey is D, I met her on my DHC, she's really nice....not really on though that she has a post that was made redundant a few weeks ago!!! but not her fault x no sign of a network though!

There was a bouncy castle, inflatables, balls, crafts, mine made butterflies, glittery ones!!! hmm my car is now glittered...and also plates with things you lick and stick...one of mine threw the lot on the floor they were stuck to her feet and everything!!

Had a picnic there and then mad dash to nursery, then pick up 2 and home for an hour of colouring before school, then back to play out......

Also done certificates for childminding week for the kids, welsh one side, english the other and laminated them...........

Grandad's birthday tomorrow so been getting pressies and cards ready, although Wayne still needs to write his card tomorrow...and I've forgotten a cake....just realised....have to get one tomorrow x

I was going to surprise Ron with a trip to Tre Hall and book him a massage, but it's failing miserably as Mums away this weekend and the only night would be Thurs and we've got Tescos coming!! I've not told him I've joined yet...was going to be the surprise when I took him, but going to have to tell him now as I'm off Saturday and want to go...lol

Oh and in bad news the other twins now got chicken pox...poor mum....and Waynes been sneezing tonight....hoping he's not coming in for some horrible lurgy!!

Oh and tonight I decided to look under the sink to see what the smell was...unscrewed the pipes and gave it all a bleach...yuk....hopefully the smell will go!!

Today we went to pili palas and met up with H and family, looking after A in a few weeks so trying to get together to get her used to me, although she's a placid, good baby so should be fine x

School then home to play out.

Mad rush and just a butty for tea so I could get to my Pilates class, good, but just me and 2 older ladies...and I was creaking like an old chair...they put me to shame lol will be going back though

After that went for a swim, did 12 laps then home to put Wayne to bed....knew I should have stayed longer lol

So not a very exciting day....ha ha...did you spot it...went for a swim....yes I joined...crippled my credit card...but sod it...I deserve it x

Happy Fathers Day

Had a lovely day today.

Started with me cooking breakfast!!! What...that's Rons job lol

Then off to Penrhyn Castle to see some vintage and classic cars, Ron saw one he learnt to drive in...old bugger...lol...and there was morris minor like dad had

We went round the castle and Wayne did a quiz, which kept his interest and he wrote all the answers...then the trains, dolls museum and slavery exhibition...Wayne didn't know what a slave was...but didn't like the idea of being one when he found out lol

Grandma and Grandad ariived and we went to the adventure playground and then to the walled gardens which we've never done before..MUM....they were lovely though and we saw tadpoles and newts in the ponds and went to the bog garden under the gunnerer (spelling !!??) I remember it from when I was little, like big rhubarb...will blog a pic. The hut had been burnt down in March...criminal damage...how could they!!??

Then to the cafe for a drink and we were starving...but too late for grub so the folks called for chips and we met up at Uncle Jacks to scoff them.

Home to do a little work...but not too much...I've been so lazy this weekend...lovely....and about time

On the Tre Ysgawen Hall front...got the details and it's cheaper than I thought and you get £100 credit for treatments, and you get 3 free guest passes...which would normally be £10 a guest... and you get 20% off some stuff and 10% off others....can I resist????? and got a reply from the pilates woman saying come along...she has similar rib problems to me....Ron thinks I'm having a mid life crisis....lol...he'll change his mind when I take him to the Hall....oh that's if I join??????!!!!!

am I going bananas?? lol

oh and while I was relaxing in the jacuzzi today I was thinking about what Ron said this morning....why not go to Llangefni for a swim...much cheaper....ha ha....may be cheaper but kids bombing, weeing urghh.....I need a break from them lol

Emailed earlier to find out about membership, I've worked out if I've got it right! it'll work out as £16 a week....4 hours of work...for unlimited swimming in a luxury pool, jacuzzi, steam...avoid the sauna lol...and treat the gym with care...well don't want to overdue it...I'm very tempted...see what they come back with!!!

And I've emailed the pilates woman, apparently the yoga and salsa have finished for now....but need to check I can do it......

See I am determined to get me time lol

lady of leisure

After a mad dash to get Wayne to mums, I had a fantastic day.

Swimming, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna (didn't like that too bloody hot lol)did a few miles in the gym and there was hardly anyone there. In fact for an hour I had the Spa to myself!! This was followed by a Sea of Dreams massage...full body....then lunch...and yes I was bloody starving by then!! and couldn't eat half of it....hate having allergies....

Popped to the Paloma place on the way back, log cabins you book for an hour, ones an infra red detox, ones a gym and one's a jacuzzi, saw the latter 2 and they are fab...can see a trip coming on! Might even take Ron x

Home to an empty house ( strange ) Ron had been for an mot on the car then picked up Wayne and took him to Nains where he'd had a fab time.

I was going to do some work but was so relaxed I couldn't be arsed, so put on cds and chilled......phoned Ron and he got a chinese on the way home....so no cooking either!! Although I did Rons hair and beard and brushed afterwards.....well I can't go all day without doing something menial lol

I feel like I could sleep on the spot, it's the longest time I've had to myself to relax for years....and it WILL be repeated xx

another weekend off!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we went to asda to get compost for the peas...and toms and sunflowers, then into town to do jobs and get take out to take to the Dingle. Had a walk and a picnic and very nice it was too.

Popped home with 2 sleeping, quick cuppa then off to jumpin jacks, only us and 2 others there so plenty of room for them to run off steam.

Usual chips in the cafe then school...nearly late due to roadworks....home to sow toms and play out....

Had a call tonight to say no twins tomorrow....Waynes going to Grandmas and I was taking the twins to foel farm....so decided to still take Wayne and get some me time....had a think and decided to phone Tre ysgawen...bit last minute...but they have a pamper session tomorrow 11 til 4.....so I booked....3 hours of pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym...then an hour full body massage...then lunch...although by 3.15, which is lunchtime!! I'll be bloody starving!!

Done all my paperwork and looking forward to a weekend off...especially tomorrow x

just been downloading pics and had to blog this, my mum would be proud ....these are our peas..need to go get compost tomorrow so we can put them in pots, forget about them and they'll die....lol

ants and kids!!

Well after my relaxing evening, we had to put ant powder down last night, we kept seeing a few but there were loads...arghhhhh

This morning I had to brush it all up and mop as I had a newly crawling baby here!!...but gladly not seen an ant today..so hoping they're gone.

Shel came over this morning...with the avon book....must have read my mind x and new little cutie baby...ahhhh...no still not broody....lol

Shel was laughing at me....mindee yesterday is at the stage where they have a few words...and repeat....and repeat...and repeat...by the end of the day it was driving me crackers....I told Shel, even when I put him in the boot and put the sounds on I could still hear him!!......before anyone calls cssiw....I've got boot seats...I didn't bundle him in....lucky no one was here to overhear lol Funny though I was telling the mum tonight that today there's been a lot more stringing sentences...so yesterday was a test run....and the words are so clear x

Had a morning of play and trying to get kids to do fathers day cards.....managed one...the rest just wouldn't play ball...sigh

The afternoon was spent in the garden, then school

Waynes been a delight today!!!! Started with saying 'that postman pat is postman fat...then going on to sing...postman pat... postmans fat.....I wouldn't have minded but we were reversing out of the drive and 'postman fat' had just given me letters and was walking off, and all the windows were open....I drove off quick!!

And he dropped me in it today. We had one ice cream party cone the other day and S wanted it, but having 5 kids here I said no that's not fair on the others, I'll give it to Ron. Last night after tea Wayne spotted it and wanted it with 5 scoops of ice cream....so I let him as he'd eaten all his tea......but said don't tell S!!

WHAT does he do as soon as we picked up S?? She'd only just got in the car and he piped up 'I had the last party cone last night with 5 scoops of ice cream' git...must remember the rule never to tell a kid not to tell someone something....makes them keep it in the top of their mind lol

Got a fab pressie for dads birthday tonight...well I think it's fab, hope he does, all will be revealed next weds...if it comes....he shares his birthday with Sir Paul Mc Cartney, but Dads a year younger...always been a family joke....and the 'wish i had his money' comment lol....bet dads glad he's not got his ex 'trouble and strife'!

I'm off to look at tre ysgawen hall and open a spreadsheet, wondering how much membership works out per week.....I know the annual cost is ...yikes.....but if I break it down....ha ha watch this space x

me me me time

Just got back from my facial massage....lurverly...apparently my skin was congested...lol...tuts at me using soap and water and was offered a cleanser for £22...I know I'm treating myself...but £22!!!...I'll look in Shels avon book!!

Today we went to music club and did fathers day crafts and didn't do music, I wasn't doing it again and no one else offered! and I'd supplied the craft!!

Came home and played out til it rained, then school, then Wayne and S played babies which involved them using my old pram to push one another around outside, with lots of wahhhing...honestly Wayne is 5 and S is 9, but hey they enjoyed themselves!!

Then I set off for my ...me time....and what a small world, my facial was done by the wife of someone Ron works with, handy though she gave me tips for getting treatments etc and apparently the massage I had the other day which didn't undo my knots!! was because out of all the therapists, I got the one who does a mild one, got the names now of the ones that do a more intense massage...so will have to go back lol

I came back and I'd promised Wayne an extra story if he'd been good for Daddy...and he had....but he spent the whole time while I was reading looking at my face trying to work out what was different......he asked me earlier what I was going for, so I explained and I said mummy would come back looking beautiful (obviously didn't work!!) he said 'will they get rid of those things??' 'what things?' I said 'those freckly things like I get on my arms' he said....

No Wayne the answer is you are already beautiful mummy!!!

ha ha forgot...while we were in the cafe today they played my hero phil collins the whole time...am I sad or what....must be......must have a thing for balding men lol...mind you Ron had long red hair when I met him.........ha ha and I had no grey...omg I can't believe I only dyed my hair a few days ago and they're sprouting already....should I give up dyeing and just go grey??????????

Today we were going to the beach again but second mindees mum reminded me about a thing at Oriel Mon I'd heard about it and it was something to do with Ysgolion Meithrin...and wasn't sure if childminders were allowed...but gatecrashed anyway...well who was going to throw 3 kids out!!?? Well what a farce....parking was horrendous, we just got sat down (after walking past a building site with stone cutting...hmm nice dust for the kids...and scary noise!!) and one of mine said...'I need a wee'...so we had to trail back all round the building to find them.....

It was basically two guys singing welsh songs and lots of clapping, Wayne thought it was too noisy!!! and laid on the floor with hands on ears...sigh...mind you we bought the cd as the songs were good, all about the seasons and we've listened to it all day!!! the book that goes with it is all in welsh though so may have to get Ron to translate some....although it's probably south walian and he won't understand either!!!

It got better as when they'd finished we went to the displays, usual library, b from Twf, lang and play and kids info...all of who I know so lots of chatting..and the kids did lots of colouring and grabbing of freebies...Wayne was interested in the exhibition so I'm going to take him back on my own, there was some interesting stuff and I spotted story sacks, presumably history rather than goldilocks etc...

What a mad place to have a under 5 event though...a million pounds worth of art...crayons...felt tips and a mass of little ones!!!...and worse of all the cafe was closed!!!!

Went to Llangefni for lunch and spotted grandma and grandad...Wayne was so excited...but they didn't see us despite me knocking on the cafe window!

Dropped of one mindee and then picked up 2 more and home to play out, then school, then more outdoor play, then folks for tea.

Mum noticed our cros pals...luckily ron hasn't, I got a tinkerbell one yesterday lol

Tonight I've been downloading more stuff for the kids and photocopying fathers day stuff to take to music club tomoz....if it's ok with them...annoys me how mothers day is done without a thought but you have to be careful with fathers day...well not (annoys) but well dads are there...mind you with all this sunshine I blind forgot and have missed doing stuff with one mindee, but hopefully she'll be there tomoz so i can make up....so the rest of the week I need to think on....it's just this sunshine deters me.....................

field trip lol

Today we had a field trip...lol....listen to me...we did go and visit the largest neolithic tomb in Wales at Cable Bay...and Wayne was fascinated....we had an hour or so on the beach playing...and they found out crocs are better then buckets and spades...MY crocs...lol.....they had a fab time just enjoying the sun and the sand...the sea was a bit far out though

Had a picnic in the car boot...at their request...then home so my only mindee until school time could sleep...and she did for a bit...nice hour to myself...Wayne was watching a science channel about T rex..the dinosaur not the band...lol and someone came to collect a pram I'd put on freecycle too...Ron will be pleased more space in the garage..although his quad bits have come today so if he gets that sorted it will take over the garage...but he can't moan at me!!!

After school we played in the garden and I enjoyed the sun....spent a lot of today horizontal...lol....such a hard life being a childminder....

Mind you Mrs factor 50 has only gone and burnt her nose today....I spend half my time slapping cream on everyone and forgot myself today so my arms are slightly red too...tut tut

Waynes corker of the day...(apart from singing rudolf the red nosed reindeer this morning....he put a curse on me lol)....was when we were at the burial chamber, there was a field full of sheep..and Wayne said 'look mummy, look at those sheep, they look familiar' not sure what he meant lol...
